providing Community and Not-for-Profit (NFP) organisations an appealing
environment to facilitate meetings, workshops and events.
HIRE A SPACE FOR UP TO FIVE HOURS FREE-OF-CHARGE*
*The Common Room is free-of-charge to not-for-profit organisations for up to 5 hours on weekdays
(with the exception of after 5pm on Fridays and during December).
You can also hire the Common Pavilion for a covered outdoor space, or for large events you can hire all the community spaces, which includes
the Common Room, Common Pavilion & Courtyard for a subsidised rate. *conditions apply.
Commons is a shared community hub, so please note there will be other
patrons in the restaurant, the other community spaces, and within the
Commons is a good neighbour, and all events must respect our neighbours
and other patrons. Noise levels for all events are strictly controlled.
SUPPORTING POCKET CITY FARMS INITIATIVE FOR THE DISADVANTAGED
portion of hire proceeds for the Common Pavilion, or the entire space
(Common Room, Common Pavilion and courtyard) will be donated to Pocket
City Farms for facilitating workshops for disadvantaged youths and
adults. $50 from each hire on Friday nights from 5pm, and all weekend,
for all-day bookings made on either a Saturday and/or Sunday, $150 will
go towards this worth cause.
