BOCCONCINI & BUBBLES
Join us and Marly of Omnom, and spend your day making your own homemade Italian cheeses. You will be using common kitchen equipment during this hands-on class, and we’ll cover everything from milk selection and coagulation through to turning the curds into oozy and stretchy bocconcini. You’ll also have the option of sipping bubbles while you’re at it… how can you refuse?!
This workshop is for 18 years and over.
