Camperdown Project Pty Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canterbury-Hurlstone Park RSL Club,
a not-for-profit club that has been operating in the inner west since 1947.

Camperdown Project Pty Ltd was established by Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Club Pty Ltd in April 2014.

Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Club Pty Ltd was confirmed as the successful tenderer for the old bowling club site in August 2014.

CHPRSL has a long, proud history of supporting the community in Sydney’s inner west. It has contributed more than $2.6 million to community groups in the inner west over the last 5 years, either directly through schools, sporting clubs and other community groups, or indirectly through registered charities and welfare service providers. In 2011 the Club committed to a broader goal of reinvesting 20% of its profits into the local community. In the Marrickville LGA, almost $400,000 was assigned as direct funding to local organisations over the last 5 years.


The Club's dining facilities include Viva Bar & Grill, The Café, The Main Bar sports bar, and Mama Wong Chinese restaurant. The Club also offers a broad mix of function facilities including a 650-seat auditorium and a 120-seat Viva Room. The Club’s sporting and recreation facilities include an Anytime Fitness gym, snooker room and a broad range of sub clubs that provide recreational and social activities for men, women and children of all ages. There is also a multi-storey carpark for 400 cars.
