What you need to know

There's important information you need to be aware of that outline the details of the NSW Health Order,

what this means for Camperdown Commons to reopen to the public and how this applies to you.

If you have any questions, there is a link at the bottom of the email.

You will have the opportunity to ask any question we may have not covered in the FAQs.

What we know so far
When we reopen it will be in accordance with the NSW Public Health Order that currently states, at the 70% vaccination rate, only fully Vaccinated or medically exempt customers, staff and contractors will be permitted entry into Camperdown Commons.
For those unvaccinated or waiting for your second dose, you can still order take-away from The Commons Container, but not consume it onsite.

Non-vaccinated young people aged under 16 will be able to access all outdoor areas, but will only be able to visit indoor venues with members of their household.
The roadmap is subject to ongoing health advice, and circumstances may change within localised areas.

*The NSW Government is developing a 'vaccine passport' which we expect to be available in a few weeks. The 'passport' will enable your vaccination status to automatically display on your Service NSW 'check in' screen, following QR code scanning upon entry.

Please see the below references to help you get the proof of COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of entry.

Please note we cannot permit entry to any person who is not able to demonstrate via approved sources their vaccination status.

Unvaccinated or waiting for your second vaccination
In accordance with NSW Health Order, you are not permitted to enter the premises, however, you can still order take-away from The Commons Container.

There will be a designated pick-up area at the front of the venue before the entrance that will be monitored by our Staff.

When you arrive you will be required to:

1. Check-in via the ServiceNSW QR Code
2. Pick up orders from the allocated pick area
3. Follow the health and safety advice in public areas;
Check-in, sanitise and wear a mask.

Unable to show your digital Certificate on your mobile?
You can get a copy of your Immunisation Statement online
at any time via your online Medicare account to print at home.
Call the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 and ask them to send your statement to you.
(it can take up to 14 days to arrive in the post)

Subject to the legislation which mandates vaccinations, people who can’t be vaccinated with any of the approved vaccines may be permitted to enter the venue if they obtain a “contraindication certificate” in the approved form. Please consult your medical practitioner for further information. We will only be permitted to accept a medical exemption in this approved form.
