+ HOW DO WE RECEIVE THE 5 HOURS FREE HIRE DURING THE WEEK FOR NOT-FOR-PROFITS?

Subsidised rates are provided to local not-for-profit organisations within Inner West LGA between 9am- 5pm, Monday to Thursday. These subsidised rates provide free hire for up to 4 hours within the Sun Room. 

Non-local not-for-profit organisations (outside Inner West LGA) are provided with 70% discount of corporate rates for up to 4 hours within the Sun Room. Full corporate rates apply for additional hiring time over 4 hours. Regular corporate rates apply outside of these times.

To qualify as a not-for-profit, and for the subsidised rates, proof of incorporation must be submitted with your booking. The subsidised rate will be applied to the final cost of the hire.

Please note government organisations, unless a registered NFP, are not eligible for this discounted hire.

+ HOW DO WE SECURE THE SPACE?

Confirmation must be in writing and you will then be invoiced for the quoted deposit amount. Payment via EFT or credit card is required one week after invoice is received to confirm the space.

+ I’M HIRING THE SUN ROOM OR PAVILION, IS THE COURTYARD INCLUDED?

If you are only hiring the Sun Room or Pavilion, the Courtyard is not included in the hire, there is additional fee if you want to include this space. The Courtyard is included if you hire both the Pavilion and Sun Room.

+ CAN I SET UP OR PACK DOWN BEFORE AND AFTER MY BOOKING TIME?

You can bump in from the time of your booking, additional hiring fee applies if you need bump in time prior your booking time. 

+ WHAT FURNITURE IS PROVIDED?

We provide tables, chairs, cocktail tables and stools, there is no additional charge for these items.

+ DO YOU HAVE AV EQUIPMENT?

In the Sun Room we have a screen, projector, surround sound, and ability to plug your phone into the music jack. If you need to use the AV, you will need to supply your own laptop, we provide HDMI cord. 

The Pavilion has a port for your music, and surround sound. This space is not suitable for a screen and projector due to lighting, but TV screens and stands work well. Both spaces have handheld microphones that can be supplied. There is no additional charge for these items.

+ DO YOU SUPPLY WHITEBOARD, LECTERN, STAGE AND/OR FLIPCHARTS?

Yes, we supply all mentioned items. 

+ CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CATERING?

Food and beverage packages are available to suit every occasion. BYO catering and drinks are not permitted.

+ CAN I GAIN ACCESS TO THE FARM?

We are happy to discuss any requirements you may have that involves the market garden or other farm areas. Ask us in your enquiry and we can provide further information. 

+ DO YOU HAVE PARKING ONSITE?

We do not have any available parking onsite. Parking is regularly monitored and there are 2-hour limits. There’s also a Secure Carpark on Grose St two blocks away with a flat daily rate that can be utilised.
