    Here at Camperdown Commons we offer subsidised rates for community and not-for-profit organisations in an inspiring space to host meetings and events.

    Our urban oasis is located in the heart of Camperdown in Sydney’s vibrant Inner West. A picturesque backdrop including an urban farm, Camperdown Commons offer unique indoor and outdoor spaces to bring your event to life without having to leave the city.

    For local groups (Inner West LGA) we offer a 100% subsidy of the full commercial rate for up to 4 hours each booking to a maximum 2 bookings per week.

    For non- local groups (outside Inner West LGA) we offer a 70% subsidy of the full commercial rate for up to 4 hours per booking to a maximum of 2 bookings per week.

    These subsidised rates are available for a maximum of one booking per day between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

    *To be entitled to the not-for-profit (NFP) subsidised fees, organisations need to provide a Certificate of Incorporation showing the organisation is a NFP, or for Community Groups detailed information showing your benefits to the community must be provided. Failure to provide this documentation will mean organisations are charged the regular rates listed in the schedule above.

    If you are a local resident you may also receive a subsidised rate on the Sun Room on weekdays - you will need to provide some evidence of your address to receive the discount.

 Spaces for COMMUNITY Events

PAVILION

The Common Pavilion & Courtyard provides both undercover and outdoor spaces to mingle with your guests for canapés and cocktails, or it can be styled as a seated event, overlooking the farm.

SUN Room

The Sun Room with its undercover deck is perfect for meetings and workshops.

This indoor/outdoor space has an adjacent 60sqm covered deck area easily accessed through large bi-fold doors, which overlooks the Pavilion. It’s suitable for all weather conditions.

Pavilion, Sun Room + Courtyard

For large events requiring more space both The Sun Room and Pavilion may be hired together.

The space provides both undercover and outdoor spaces to mingle with your guests for canapés and cocktails, or it can be styled as a seated event, overlooking the farm.

The paved 130sqm courtyard between the two spaces may also be used as overflow and is included in the cost of hiring both spaces.
