Camperdown Commons offers discounted room hire rates for community and not-for-profit organisations looking to host meetings and events in an inspiring space.
Our urban oasis sits in the heart of Camperdown, in the middle of Sydney's Inner West. Set against a picturesque backdrop that includes an urban farm, Camperdown Commons offers unique indoor and outdoor spaces to bring your event to life — without ever leaving the city.
Discounted rates are available for both local (Inner West LGA) and non-local community and not-for-profit groups, on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Rates vary depending on group type, date and availability.

To be eligible for discounted rates, not-for-profit (NFP) organisations must provide a Certificate of Incorporation confirming NFP status. Community groups must instead provide detailed information demonstrating their benefit to the community. If this documentation isn't provided, standard rates will apply.
Local residents may also be eligible for a discounted rate on the Sun Room on weekdays, subject to providing evidence of address.

PAVILION
The Common Pavilion & Courtyard provides both undercover and outdoor spaces to mingle with your guests for canapés and cocktails, or it can be styled as a seated event, overlooking the farm.

SUN Room
The Sun Room with its undercover deck is perfect for meetings and workshops.
This indoor/outdoor space has an adjacent 60sqm covered deck area easily accessed through large bi-fold doors, which overlooks the Pavilion. It’s suitable for all weather conditions.

Pavilion, Sun Room + Courtyard
For large events requiring more space both The Sun Room and Pavilion may be hired together.
The space provides both undercover and outdoor spaces to mingle with your guests for canapés and cocktails, or it can be styled as a seated event, overlooking the farm.
The paved 130sqm courtyard between the two spaces may also be used as overflow and is included in the cost of hiring both spaces.
