Warm up this winter with a cosy, French-inspired fondue dining experience inside our igloo — the perfect setting to indulge in both savoury and sweet delights. 

First Course

Signature cheese fondue, blending two exceptional aged Alpine cheeses: 18-month Comté PDO and 12-month Van Der Heiden Gouda. The Comté brings nutty depth and subtle fruit, while the Gouda adds hints of caramel and butterscotch, with notes of toffee, spice, and umami richness. Unlike classic Swiss fondue, this specially curated version offers a smooth, elevated buttery finish for a refined savoury experience. 

The first-course savoury platter is served with crusty housemade focaccia, seasonal winter vegetables — honey-roasted Dutch carrots, grilled Brussels sprouts, cauliflower florets, and confit Kipfler potatoes — alongside Jamón Ibérico, artisan salami, cornichons, and new season pears.

 

Second Course

For the perfect finish, enjoy our single origin dark chocolate fondue made with Dark Li Chu 64% — a premium Southeast Asian chocolate with bold cocoa notes, a fresh spicy undertone, vanilla, dried fruit aromas, and a hint of liquorice. Paired with strawberries, banana, Medjool dates, almond biscotti, marshmallows, puff pastry, and housemade chiffon cake.

 

Please note: Our igloo seats up to 10 guests. If your group is fewer than 10, you may be sharing the space with another group — but don’t worry, fondue is served separately per group, so there’s no double-dipping with strangers!
